Programme changes after printing of the Pocket Programme:

now takes place on Wednesday, 05. June from 16:30 – 18:30 in the Vortragsraum 1. OG in the Staats- und Universitätsbibliothek (SUB), Van-Melle-Park 3. Wegbeschreibung - The Hands-on Lab Offene Formate für offene Lehrmaterialien (was planned for Thursday, 06. June from 14:00 – 16:00) is canceled completely.

Streaming
There will be live streams from three lecture rooms (B.2, G.1 and G.2).
You can follow the streams and send comments and questions to the moderator live, which he/she can add to the session, and the streams will also be available as recordings from the next day.
The streams are available to all registered participants via the conference app.
If you want to follow the streaming from a computer/laptop, you can also do this via the web-based app. Please use this link to access it: https://bibliocon2024.conf2go.app/
To access the streaming, you must log in on the website / in the app. Please use the same login details you used to register for the congress.

Conference language
In the course of the increased international orientation of BiblioCon and the promotion of exchange with colleagues from the international specialist community, some of the lectures will be held in English. Please note that individual presentations announced with German-language titles or abstracts may also be held in English.
Instructions for the use of the Session Planner
The Session Planner gives you an overview of all sessions of each congress day as well as their contents. It is easy and intuitive to operate:
- Please note that you must be logged in to save your personal calendar. Therefore, click on “Anmelden” in the left menu bar.
- To see the content of each session, please click on a selected session. A pop-up window with detailed information opens.
- By clicking on the favorite symbol (right top bar) in the pop-up window, you can add the selected session to your personal calendar.
- Saved favorites can be viewed once again by pressing the button “Favoriten” in the left menu bar. Special feature: download your personal calendar as a Word document or pdf file and print it, or connect it to your private calendar.
- In the left menu bar you can display and hide individual days, session types and/or rooms. This allows you to filter according to your interests. In addition, the left menu bar has a search field which makes the search easier for you.
- With this profile you can even sign into our congress app when it is released, and receive access to your personal favorites and appointments directly in the app.
